6. Despite the application of paragraph 2 of section 3, a registrant who is a trust already registered before 1 July 2014 is required to meet the annual updating obligation for the calendar year that includes that date only once, and must do so on or before either the end date of the period provided for in paragraph 2 of that section or 15 November.

6. (not in force) Despite the application of paragraph 2 of section 3, a registrant who is a trust already registered before the date of coming into force of paragraph 2 of section 31 of chapter 40 of the statutes of 2010 is required to meet the annual updating obligation for the calendar year that includes that date only once, and must do so on or before either the end date of the period provided for in paragraph 2 of that section or 15 November.
